1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and eeclipse technologies OÜ ("eeclipse," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Estonia with its registered address at Sepapaja 6, Tallinn, Estonia, 15551 (Registry code: 14975886).
By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or subscribing to one of our products (including Østre and kort), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise noted, all content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by eeclipse or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Third-party trademarks, characters, and artwork referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view and print pages from our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content, branding, or trademarks for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Deliverables created for a client under a signed project agreement are governed by that agreement, not by this section.
3. User Representations
By using our website or services, you confirm that:
you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
you will use our website and services only for lawful purposes;
you will not use any automated system (bot, scraper, or similar) to access our website without our permission; and
any information you provide to us is accurate and kept up to date.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for web development, automation consulting, and other project-based work are set out in the applicable proposal, quote, or invoice.
Fees for subscription products (Østre and kort) are stated at the time of signup and billed on the cycle shown in your account or order confirmation.
All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes (such as VAT), which are added where required by law. Payment is due according to the terms stated on the relevant invoice or checkout page. We may suspend access to a service if payment is overdue.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription product (Østre or kort) at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Project-based engagements are governed by the cancellation terms in the relevant proposal or agreement.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website by automated means;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account;
interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our website or services;
upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
impersonate another person or entity; or
reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, except where permitted by law.
7. Submissions and Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about our website or products, you agree that we may use them freely, without compensation or attribution, to improve our services. You retain ownership of anything you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for that purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot reach a resolution, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
If you are an EU consumer, you may also submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eeclipse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
